...

One can find so much "straight-to-DVD" crap nowadays... as, in olden days, we would find straight to video insignificance on the shelves...

The DVD Talk dweebs and other L.A.Times asinine agnostics (*lol*) haven't got a clue what they're promoting. The true dweebs here though remain the so-called "experts" who dispense their "absence of a case" as it is...
But, first, the reviews...

"Provocative - to put it mildly"
Los Angeles Times

"The God Who Wasn't There is going to feel like a knife to the heart for those who subscribe to Christianity without thought."
DVD Talk

Of course, we all know that DVD Talk is an authority in all things theological, teleological and angelological... rrrrrrrrrrrrrright.

Fact is, Christians who adhere to their faith "without thought" are NON-EXISTENT nowadays. The days of making the sign of the cross and going to mass "just because everybody else does it on Sundays" ARE LONG GONE... Apparently, the DVD Talk peeps are so busy trying to shove down our throats crappy products that they haven't noticed that... CHRISTIANS, TODAY, are well-versed on the concepts of Redemption, the Holy Trinity, Endtime Prophecy, the Rapture, the Anointing and more... They have had evidence too, in the form of certified Miracles, Apparitions and Messages from both Christ and the Holy Virgin Mother (while the Miracles have been obtained through the intercession of many a saintly person - and often include the phenomenon of Stygmata, in and by itself additional astonishing proof and irrefutable evidence. Who says faith has to be blind belief - when the evidence is all around? OPEN YOUR EYES AND SEE IT! Shut them, though, if all that you are offered is a "chance" to watch crappy DVDs... You'd do better watching "Eyes Wide Shut" again instead of THIS...!)

For some atheists are getting desperate to reassert their convictions - or lack thereof - and they will try everything now to refurbish their dwindling numbers... (Because, of course, evil people believe - but they chose to side with the camp of darkness. Many other people believe - but they act as if they don't. The true hardcore atheist is the one that actually buys that there is nothing else beyond this current existence - so he will indulge his pleasures without any guilt... but suffer the consequences on the spot too! He will not be evil, because that would be a waste of precious time, and since there is none to waste, he will not waste it being evil! Unless - it is also a source of pleasure? Pleasure NOW is paramount for the atheist, see?
The atheist does not think for a nano-second that he or she will pay for anything he/she does in this life; so it's a-ok to do as he or she pleases! Thing is, the atheist can recognize when he or she is being immoral. That should be a hint for him/her. If there is morality and immorality, there is good and evil. If there is good and evil, there is absolutism of both. And these are... GOD. And the adversary. Also known as... the devil. If this latter one did not exist, malice would not either. And GOD's existence is evidenced in all that is - the whole universe. Jesus is a historical figure. He sure did exist. The question for many, still to this day, is whether he was the Messiah. Jews (no racial slur here - just calling them what they are! Like me - I'm a whitie! *lol*) are still out there looking for their "messiah" to come... Better go with Jesus than some joe schmoe in Israel today, I say... Hmm?)

Time to check out the jacket of this DVD now...

The God Who Wasn't There includes provocative interviews with:

* Sam Harris, PEN Award-winning author of The End of Faith

* Robert M. Price, Jesus Seminar fellow and author of The Incredible Shrinking Son of Man

* Alan Dundes, Professor of Folklore at the University of California at Berkeley

* Richard Carrier, historian and author of Sense and Goodness Without God

* Barbara & David P. Mikkelson, authors of the Urban Legends Reference Pages at snopes.com

* And many others
(WHO WEREN'T THERE EITHER!)

Who in blue blazes made these people authorities on this subject? WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE? Forget their alleged credentials - WHO are they? As I added whimsically there, NONE OF THEM were present to be able to testify that "Jesus wasn't there". Harris had nothing else to write about - so he picked faith and then picked controversy - for that sells more!
Same goes for Judas Price there... (LOL)
Dundes is a dud, mixing up what he knows about other things with what he DOESN'T know about Christ...
Carrier is obviously one of those desperate atheists mentioned earlier...
And come on - do I even have to discredit the SNOPES.COM COUPLE?!?
I'd rather hear Snoop Doggy Dogg talk about Faith!

The sad thing about all this, is that it is part of a TREND...
There was somebody, somewhere, who decided to make some money with a very simple plan: BEING OUTRAGEOUSLY SACRILEGIOUS, BLASPHEMATORY AND RUDE AGAINST THE CHRISTIAN FAITH. It is safer than doing that on Islam. And so the various such "products" started popping up... and mushrooming! "The Christ Conspiracy" was one... There were others... and now this. EACH ONE PROMISES TO UNVEIL IT ALL ONCE AND FOR ALL... The only problem is - THEY KNOW NOTHING AT ALL. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT... DON'T KNOW AND CANNOT DISCERN WHAT IS FROM WHAT IS NOT... THEY DON'T KNOW SQUAT! They are nothing more than biased so-called investigators; and those types will never get to the truth! Never in a million years! Their preconceit impedes them from doing so.

Oh - and yes, evidently, THE DA VINCI CODE is an integral part of this "trend" - and the most successful of all too! These guys here can only DREAM of doing so well with their garbage here... But this at least they surmised correctly - and know that they cannot ever achieve!
Dan Brown was wiser than them all here - he wrote his crap as saleable fiction... baited and waited for film offers... got them and bingo! Additional big money in the form of a Ron Howard-directed, Tom Hanks-starring big-time Hollywood production! (Getting Audrey Tautou was a bonus!)
It might not do as well at the box-office as hoped for... but it sure as hell will not wind up "straight to DVD" either!

Now - you want to see this piece of crap that I've blasted here?
Don't waste a penny on the lousy DVD...
There are actually screenings of this garbage somewhere near you!
And these screenings are FREE!
As they damn well should be!
In fact, they should be paying YOU to see this crap!
But that is another story - a truly unlikely one too, this time!
JESUS having treaded this lousy mudball - now that is UNDENIABLE FACT.
You may choose to believe that He Is The Messiah - and you may not believe...
But to deny that he even WAS... is pure lunacy indeed - make it IMPURE actually!
Some atheists are getting just a tad too desperate indeed... eh?

Now - the dates, times... and contact info!
Feel free to send hate mail to these idiots!
Go in there and CRASH THEIR DAMNABLE PARTY!
Spoil their sick fun and show them that, not only there is a GOD, but He Created just the types to kick their atheistic asses all over the place - in US!

They had it ALL coming...
